When will indoor worship begin?
January 31, 2021, in the Lower Worship Center. *Note: At this time, we are worshiping and live-streaming from the Lower Worship Center only as work is being done in the Upper Worship Center to update its lighting, cameras, and sound capabilities.
Will there be children’s ministry available?
No. For the safety of our families, volunteers, and staff, we are not opening any nursery or children’s classroom until further notice. Worship indoors, much like outside and at home, will be a family worship experience. It’s an opportunity for us to tangibly live out our values of Learning and Teaching as well as Intergenerational Fellowship.
Are masks required?
Masks are required any time a person (age 3 and over) is inside Cascade Fellowship’s building. Masks must be worn when entering the building, throughout the worship service, and until you return outdoors.
What’s happening with Sunday Morning Discipleship?
Our discipleship team has been working diligently for several months to prepare curriculum and a program that will be flexible for a variety of scenarios. Our discipleship programs will begin Sunday, September 20 with an online format. This allows for the discipleship routine to be built into your family’s regular worship and discipleship time (or a great time to start a new family discipleship routine!). We anticipate beginning in-person classes later this fall.
Will there be singing?
While music is a vital part of worship, congregational singing will not take place during indoor worship services. Our worship team is actively creating plans to think creatively about how to involve music and worship into the services.
Will I be required to reserve a seat?
Yes. Both the Upper Worship Center and Lower Worship Centers will be open with limited seating—roughly 20% capacity—which means reservations will be required. You will be required to use a specific entrance and restrooms based on the venue you sign up for. Sign-ups will be available the week of the service.
How will I give my offering?
We encourage everyone to continue giving online. There will also be collection boxes available in both worship centers during each service.

Will there be fellowship time following the service?
Following the worship service, an usher will dismiss the worship center by row and you will be asked to exit the building. There will not be coffee available inside the building. For any social or fellowship time that happens outdoors, please remember to keep a safe physical distance from those you are socializing with.
How is the building being cleaned?
The Worship Centers will be disinfected before each service. All seats in each worship center will be disinfected before Sunday worship. Major touch points including bathrooms, door handles, tabletops, and counters will be thoroughly disinfected before, during, and after each service. If you see one of our facilities team members keeping things clean—please say thank you!
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the building. Complimentary masks will be available upon entry if you forget yours. We encourage guests to be aware of others and allow social distancing space between gathered parties.
Our HVAC system will run continuously to ensure maximum dilution ventilation and increase total airflow based on CDC recommendations. It will also be continuously monitored during services to ensure proper operation at all times.
We desire to make the experience as touch-free as possible so entry doors and auditorium doors will be propped open and you will be escorted to a specific seat.
